Heirloom(“we”) helps you restore and animate your personal photos. We take the privacy of your memories seriously. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Your photos

The photos you upload are used solely to produce your restoration or animation. We do not sell them, share them, or use them to train models. You can request deletion of your photos at any time by emailing us.

Information we collect

To process a purchase we collect your email address and payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We store a private wallet balance so your purchased credits are available when you return.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate Heirloom, including Stripe (payments) and AI image/video processing services that perform the restoration. These providers process your data only to deliver the service.
